Is Zektrx only for RAMS?
No. RAMS is one part of the platform. Zektrx is built as a trade operating system covering compliance, planning, operations, stock, documentation, commercial workflows and AI automation.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Every paid plan includes the core operational tools. You upgrade because of scale (users, AI usage, storage, collaboration, workflows and support), not because important features are hidden.
Can I buy one RAMS without subscribing?
Yes. The Pay As You Go RAMS option is for customers who only need one RAMS document. Monthly plans are better for businesses that need ongoing RAMS, planning, site evidence, stock, documents and commercial workflows.
What counts toward AI usage?
AI usage counts for generating RAMS, method statements, risk assessments, COSHH documents, and major AI rewrites/regenerations. It does not count for opening saved documents, manual editing, printing, PDF export, calculators or standard document management.
Can I subscribe online?
Yes. Pricing buttons can send customers to secure checkout. Larger or more complex companies can still book a demo first so the right workspace, users, templates and modules are set up correctly.
What are Full Users vs Operative Users?
Full Users are operational/admin users who create and manage work (projects, workflows, planners, stock and AI documents). Operative Users are field/workshop users who complete assigned tasks, sign documents, upload media and complete checklists.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives two months free (Starter £190, Trade £490, Business £990, Contractor £1,990).
Can international customers ask about billing before subscribing?
Yes. International customers can contact Zektrx before checkout to discuss plan fit, onboarding, billing details, tax requirements and rollout support.
